House of Dotter is a slow fashion brand focusing on sustainable production. When you have placed your order, we send it to our factory located in Borås, Sweden, where the tailors start to create the garment. It takes about 2-3 weeks for the garment to reach you.

When ordering from the House of Dotter website you´ll receive a confirmation by e-mail.

We always offer free shipping, and your parcel will be sent to your closest parcel pick-up point. You´ll get a text message or e-mail when your parcel has arrived and is ready for pick-up.

You are always entitled to return your order and we offer you 14 days for consideration from the date of your receipt. If you wish to return your garments it´s on your own expense. However, if you wish to change size, the new size will be sent to you for free once we get the wrong size in return. 

As a customer you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days. Just send us an e-mail on info@houseofdotter.com and we will send you instructions on how and where to send your return. The products you return needs to be unused and in the same condition as when received, with all labels attached.

The amount will be transferred to your account when we have received the goods and accepted the return, with a full refund within 10 days. We will use the same means of payment for the refund as you used for the initial transaction unless agreed otherwise.

Please take note that we don´t take any responsibility for lost items during return shipping. We recommend you to keep the postage receipt with tracking number for your own safety in order to track any lost goods.
