Delivery & Return

When ordering from the House of Dotter website you´ll receive a confirmation by e-mail.

You are always entitled to return your order and we offer you 14 days for consideration from the date of your receipt. If you wish to return your products it´s on your own expense. 

As a customer you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days. Just send us an e-mail on info@houseofdotter.com and we will send you instructions on how and where to send your return. The products you return needs to be unused and in the same condition as when received, with all labels attached.

The amount will be transferred to your account when we have received the goods and accepted the return, with a full refund within 10 days. We will use the same means of payment for the refund as you used for the initial transaction unless agreed otherwise.

Please take note that we don´t take any responsibility for lost items during return shipping. We recommend you to keep the postage receipt with tracking number for your own safety in order to track any lost goods.
